The data submission period for this year’s Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture Comparative Database is June 1, 2015 through June 19, 2015. Hospitals that have administered the AHRQ hospital safety culture survey can voluntarily submit their data between these dates.
